Yes, we accept private label/OEM services for our customers

• Step 1
  Customers gives us the false eyelashes styles needed and follows this by sending quantities, the label & print art work and other instructions if required
• Step 2
  We will then offer a quote and an indication of lead-time. If accepted by the customer, we will then prepare the pre-production samples for customer review and approval.
  
• Step 3
  Customer approves and/or gives comments on all of the above. If necessary sampling will continue until customer approval.
• Step 4
  Customer order immediately goes into production and is delivered as agreed according to freight method chosen and lead-time given.
  

Our lashes are made from human hair, synthetic hair, and premium synthetic hair.

Yes all lashes are cruelty free. No animal were harmed in the making of the lashes.

Yes, if you already have your own styles please email us the pictures or better if you could send the physical sample to our factory so we can customize the lashes closely like yours.

No, since our lashes are cruelty free we do not provide real mink lashes.

Yes, we can provide them also.

Our total MOQ is very flexible start from 3000 up to 5 styles. Minimum each style is 500 pcs for bulk packages. For the full package, it starts from 5000 up to 10 styles in 1 artwork.

The total estimated cost for private label product can only be determined based on the products chosen plus packaging, quantity, labeling requirements and other finishing details.

The average leadtime is 2-3 months for the first order and can be quicker for the repeat order.

Our payment term is flexible but for order below USD 10,000 we request a full in advance payment.

We prefer to receive the payment via bank transfer but we can accept also Letter of Credit if it is more convinient for you.

We offer a choice of international shipping services by sea and air depend on how quickly you want your cargo to reach its destination, and how much you’re willing to spend to get it there.

We can only estimate the shipping cost when we know your order details (item, quantity, packaging), the shipping method (air or sea freight) and the destination port.

Yes, we do provide sample for your review.

For sampling process, we need 2-3 weeks since all the lashes are made to order.

Samples are FREE for a maximum of 10 pairs. If you needs more than 10 pairs, there will be an additional cost. Sample are free and you are responsible to pay the shipping cost.

We can estimate the cost after we received your complete address.

We usually ship them by express courier such as are DHL/ FEDEX/TNT. If you have DHL/ FEDEX/TNT account, we shall use yours.
